How do I troubleshoot if I am having technical issues during my assessment centre?

If you are having technical issues on the platform you can run the troubleshooting tool to diagnose these issues.
On the top right of the page click Troubleshoot.
This will open a pop-up - please ensure the correct camera and microphone are selected, and then click Run Test.
Once you click Run Test, the Results section will populate with diagnostic information.
If you continue to face issues, you can share this information by clicking Share and entering the email of your Event Host in the Share with email field.
This will send them the diagnostic information from the troubleshooting tool and they will be able to support in resolving any issues you are facing.
