- Pop-up blockers on your device can prevent your assessment window from opening; so they should always be disabled.
- This may also be the case with some anti-virus software packages and toolbars. Please read the manual for your anti-virus software to find out how you can temporarily disable your pop-up blockers.
- To turn off your pop-up blocker, follow the instructions for the browser you are using:

Click Settings.

Click Cookies and site permissions on the left.

Scroll down and click Pop-ups and redirects.

If you’re using Windows, in the Firefox window, select Open menu

Tip: If you’re using a Mac, go to Firefox > Preferences. - Select the panel.
- Go down to the Permissions section.
- Uncheck the box next to Block pop-up windows
- Click OK.

- On the bottom right next to When Visiting Other Websites select Allow.
