Adding a reviewer:
Log into the platform and click on My Dashboard.
Click on Add Reviewers:
Enter the required details as prompted – all fields denoted with a red asterisk * are mandatory.
Click Save:
This will notify the reviewer via email to complete the review of your assessment and will also be visible in both your dashboard and theirs.
To delete and amend reviewers:
Ensure you have logged into the platform and are on My Dashboard.
Under My assessments, you will see a column entitled Reviewers with details on number of reviewers added.
If you hover over this, you will see the names of Reviewers added as well as whether they have completed the review.
Instead of hovering, you can Click to manage reviewers and you will be able to see additional information:
Survey Completed – whether they have completed the review.
User Status – whether they have registered or not.
Registration Expiry – if they have not yet registered, you can see the date when the registration link will expire.
If you need to delete a reviewer, they will no longer be able to give you feedback for any reason. To remove them, click the red Bin icon next to their name.
If you need to amend the relationship of a reviewer, then click the blue People icon next to their name and select the Correct Relationship.
