Can the participant see my answers as a reviewer?

• The answers and comments that you include in your review are anonymous. 
• No comments are linked back to you as an individual, and scores will be reported only by relationship of reviewer.  
• No individual reviewer can be identified except if you are the participant’s line manager as typically a participant will have one manager.  
• If only one person has completed a review from a group (outside of manager) the scores will not show to protect anonymity. 
• Participants additionally cannot see multiple-choice answers.
• Only the text responses will be visible.
• The rest of your responses are collected and used to generate the data and scoring in the reports.
• No individual scoring is seen by the participant.
