What do I do if I'm having audio or video issues during a live activity?
We would first recommend you run the built-in troubleshooter.
In the top right of the page select Troubleshoot.
You will be presented with a pop-up - ensure the correct camera and microphone are selected and click Run Test.
The results section will flag any issues you have having.
If the results are flagging issues with your webcam or microphone there are a number of steps you can take to resolve this.
Clear your cookies and cache.
To allow permission for camera access in the browser, please use the browser guidance below:
Try switching browsers using Google Chrome with Incognito mode as this will allow you to give the correct permissions to take part in the assessment centre without further issues.
