- On occasion, you may be asked to do this to ensure the assessment loads correctly.
- To do this, please follow the instructions for your preferred browser:

Edge (Windows 10 onwards)

In Edge, select Settings and more in the upper right corner of your browser window.

Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now.

Under Time range, choose a time range from the list.

Select Cookies and other site data, Cached images and files, and Browsing history.

Click Clear now.

Internet Explorer

Open Internet Explorer.

Click the Tools button.

Click Internet options.

On the Safety tab, under the Browsing history section, click Delete.

Next to Cookies and website data, Temporary Internet files and website files, and History, check the boxes.

Click Delete.

Chrome

- On your computer, open Chrome.
- At the top right, click More
.
- Click More tools
Clear browsing data.
- At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
- Next to Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files, check the boxes.
- Click Clear data.

Firefox

If you’re using Windows, in the Firefox window, select Open menu
> Settings. Tip: If you’re using a Mac, go to Firefox > Preferences.

Select the
panel. -
Go down to the Cookies and Site Data section.

Click the
button. The Clear Data dialog will appear. -
Cookies and Site Data (to remove login status and site preferences) and Cached Web Content (to remove stored images, scripts and other cached content) should both be check marked.

Click Clear.

On your Mac, go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.

Click Manage website data.

Click Remove all.
