How do I see the progress of reviewers?

• Login to your Dashboard.
• In My assessments, under the Reviewers header you can see how many reviewers you have added, and how many more reviewers are needed to give you a healthy report.
• You can see a snapshot of your reviewers' progress by hovering over the number of completed reviews, which will open up a pop-up box as below:

• Clicking on the number of completed reviews will allow you to manage your reviewers and see the following information: 
  • Survey Completed - whether they have completed their review of your survey.
  • User Status - whether the reviewer has registered to the platform.
  • Registration Expiry - the date that the registration invitation to the platform will expire for the selected reviewer.

• If your reviewer has registered and has not completed their survey, they can see the list of outstanding reviews in their Dashboard.
• If your reviewer has not registered and their registration expiry date has not passed, they will need to click the link in their invitation email.
  • This will have come from the no reply email address [e-mail].
  • Please ensure they check their Spam/Junk folder for the email if they cannot find it.
• If your reviewer has not registered and their registration expiry date has passed, please contact our Support team to request the link is re-sent.
  • Please ensure you provide the full name and email address of the reviewer.
