What are the device requirements for assessments with video questions?

You will need to complete the assessment on a device with a working camera and microphone.
If you are unable to access such a device, please contact the organization that asked you to complete the assessment.
Ensure your device's operating system is up-to-date.
If you are using Windows, we recommend you use Chrome as your web browser
If this is not possible, you can use Firefox
Edge and Opera are supported, however please note these run on the same engine as Chrome. If you encounter issues using Chrome, you may encounter these on both Edge and Opera too.
If you are using a Mac, please use the latest version of Safari, and a version of Mac OS which is still maintained by Apple; either the current version or one of the two-previous versions
Mac OS 10.15 “Catalina” or older, and Chrome for Mac are both unsupported
Ensure that your internet connection is strong and reliable before you attempt to launch the assessment - use a VPN if necessary.
