I get the message ‘Error – An error occurred, please try again’. What do I do?

If you are encountering this on a free-text question (where you must type in your response), donotrefresh the webpage and contact our Support team using the help function within your assessment and include the following information:
The name of the organisation you are taking the assessment for.
The device you are using to access the assessment i.e. laptop, tablet.
The operating system on the device, including the version of the operating system in use.
The web browser you are using including the version of the web browser in use.
The link you are using to access the assessment.
A screenshot of the screen you are seeing when attempting to record a response that includes the URL shown in the web browser address bar.
If you are seeing this error while trying to complete any other type of question, refresh the page and try again. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact our Support team using the help function within your assessment or the Support button on the bottom right of the article, and include the above details.
