The below chart shows your overall scores from your current and previous reviews based on your and your reviewer's ratings.
It is beneficial to reflect on the questions below, comparing both sets of results, to recognise any movement in your scores over time.
- What areas have you scored the highest?
- What are your lower scoring areas?
- What areas have improved the most over time? Why might this be?
- Have any areas stayed the same or had lower scores in your second review? Why do you think this is?
How might these impact your performance in your role?
A Closer Look in Detail
This section shows a breakdown of your ratings for each area from both your current and previous reviews, in terms of:
- Breakdown of scores per reviewer group.
- Breakdown of scores by Performance and Energy.
- Scores for each question that underpins each strength.
- The definitions for each area under consideration are also provided.
Expanding these will allow you to explore this in as much detail as you wish. You do not need to review all of these but may wish to look at any specific areas that interest you.
When looking at this section:
- Look at the comparison between your current and previous reviews – What do you think made the difference between the scores? How could you use your stronger areas more in your role?
- Look at your average scores for an area overall or for a specific question – Are there any trends in your higher or lower scores?
- Look at the specific questions underpinning each area – What are the similarities and differences between your own ratings and that of your reviewer's? On what aspects of this skill would you like to focus when it comes to development?
- Look at the breakdown of Performance and Energy within each area – Which aspects of the skill most energise you and how will you build on this?
