How do I enable cookies on my web browser?

• Please ensure that cookies are enabled in your browser, since our assessments use cookies to protect your assessment data.
• For guidance on how to do this, please follow the instructions for the browser you are using:

  • Edge (Windows 10 onwards)

1. In the Edge window, select More (...) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services

2. Ensure the following options are enabled:

   • Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)
   • Block third-party cookies → make sure this is off

• Chrome

1. IIn a Chrome window, do one of the following:

   1. In the browser address box, enter chrome://settings/cookies.

      OR

   2. On the Chrome menu, select Settings > Privacy and security, and then click Third-party cookies.
2. Select Allow third-party cookies to enable them. 

• Firefox

1. If you’re using Windows, in the Firefox window, select Open menu > Settings.  Tip:  If you’re using a Mac, go to Firefox > Preferences.
2. Select the Privacy & Security tab.
3. Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard. This mode allows cookies to function normally. 
4. Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and ensure it is not set to block all cookies. Select OK.

• Safari

              For older Safari Browsers;

1. On your Mac, go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
2. Under Cookies and website data, select Always allow.
3. Select Close and refresh the browser.

              For newer Safari Browsers;

1. Click Safari in the top menu bar, then choose Settings (or Preferences on older macOS).
2. Click the Privacy tab.
3. Uncheck the box for Block all cookies.
4. Select Close and refresh the browser.
