Edge (Windows 10 onwards)
- In the Edge window, select More (...) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services
Ensure the following options are enabled:
- Allow sites to save and read cookie data (recommended)
- Block third-party cookies → make sure this is off
Chrome
- IIn a Chrome window, do one of the following:
In the browser address box, enter chrome://settings/cookies.
OR
- On the Chrome menu, select Settings > Privacy and security, and then click Third-party cookies.
- Select Allow third-party cookies to enable them.
Firefox
- If you’re using Windows, in the Firefox window, select Open menu
> Settings. Tip: If you’re using a Mac, go to Firefox > Preferences.
- Select the Privacy & Security tab.
- Under Enhanced Tracking Protection, choose Standard. This mode allows cookies to function normally.
- Scroll to Cookies and Site Data and ensure it is not set to block all cookies. Select OK.
Safari
For older Safari Browsers;
- On your Mac, go to Safari > Preferences > Privacy.
- Under Cookies and website data, select Always allow.
- Select Close and refresh the browser.
For newer Safari Browsers;
- Click Safari in the top menu bar, then choose Settings (or Preferences on older macOS).
- Click the Privacy tab.
- Uncheck the box for Block all cookies.
- Select Close and refresh the browser.
