How do I contact support?
- If you are having technical issues on the platform you can run a System Check and send these results to the support team.
- On the top right of the page click
and from the dropdown, click Contact Support.
- This will open a pop-up. In the textbox please add details of the issue you are experiencing
- Click Run System Check.

- Ensure the correct camera and microphone are selected, and then click Run Test.

- Once you click Run Test, the Results section will populate with diagnostic information.
- Please note we recommend a minimum video connection speed of 2000kbps.
- If your camera speed is under the recommended speed, you will see a warning sign.

- Click Confirm and then click Send to send this information to our support team.
